Our Service

We do not provide any advice on regulated loans. We will pass your details to an FCA authorised firm able to provide the advice you need. We will ensure when dealing with you, we act in your best interests and apply the regulatory standards for the introduction of this type of business by our Regulator (FCA).

When acting in your best interests we will source loans from the market that are suitable to the requirements you disclose to us. When the preferred option has been agreed, we will provide you with information about the loan and the provider of this to ensure you understand your responsibilities and commitments, before proceeding. This will include disclosure of the key contract terms from the lender, and the risks and all charges payable by you. We will not proceed until you have read and understood all the contractual documents.

We will take your reading of these Terms of Business and your instructions to proceed to indicate that you understand and have given your consent for us to operate in this way.

Client Verification

We may be required to verify the identity of our clients to obtain information as to the purpose and nature of the business which we conduct on their behalf, and to ensure that the information we hold is up-to-date. For this purpose, electronic identity verification systems may be used and checks may be conducted from time to time throughout our relationship, not just at the beginning.

Credit references

A credit check may be required by the Lender once a full application has been made, and this may appear on your credit report.

Fees and charges

Unless otherwise agreed in advance, we will not charge any fee for our services. We are generally remunerated by commission paid to us by lenders and the amount of commission will be disclosed to you before you proceed.

Protecting your information

All personal information about you will be treated as private and confidential (even when you are no longer a customer), except where the disclosure is made at your request or with your consent in relation to underwriting and administering your loan, and except where law requires us. The FCA may ask us to provide it with access to our customer records in order that it may carry out a review of our activities. Some or all of the information you supply to us in connection with your loan proposal may be passed to third parties for underwriting purposes. Under the Data Protection Act 1998 you have a right of access to see personal information about you that is held in our records, whether electronically or manually. Complaints

It is our intention to provide a high level of service at all times. However, if you have reason to make a complaint about our service, or any 3rd party associates you should contact Dale Robinson at the above address. If we are unable to resolve your complaint satisfactorily, you may, for regulated loans, be entitled to refer the matter to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS).
